Procurement of ICT equipment for Schools in Montenegro

The Borrower (Montenegro, represented by the Minister of Finance on behalf of the Government as the representative of Montenegro) specified has received or has applied for financing from the European Investment Bank in an amount equal to EUR 18.000.000, toward the Montenegro Education Programme. The EIB provided Grant in amount of EUR 1.980.000 for financing of Procurement of ICT equipment for Schools in Montenegro. The Contract also will be financed from national contribution. The procurement procedure will be carried out in line with EIB Guide to Procurement for projects financed by the EIB (GtP) Accessible at: https://www.eib.org/en/publications/20240132-guide-to-procurement-for-projects-financed-by-the-eib Purpose of this bidding process is procurement of ICT equipment for 245 schools and school institutions in Montenegro. The following equipment shall be supplied and installed: PCs Types 1, 2, 3, Smart TVs, Multifunction printer; peripheral, additional equipment The bidders must fulfil certain Qualification Criteria in accordance with requirement to proof: Legal Capability; Financial Capability; Experience and Technical Capacity, further described within tender document. In case of JV bidders should meet all qualification criteria (in cumulative). The evaluation of a bid may take into account, in addition to the Bid Price quoted the following factors: Delivery schedule and compliance with Technical Specifications. Firms originating from all countries of the world are eligible to tender for works, goods and services contracts. In addition, individuals or firms may not be eligible to tender in application of GtP section 1.4 on Ethical Conduct. Bid Security is required in amounts of: 50,000.00 EUR.
